This training on the legal aspects of Title IX will provide the necessary guidance for all LEUSD Administrators in determining what steps to take when we are faced with situations involving discrimination based on sex including harassment.  We will receive detailed information on the following areas:

• Title IX Roles and Responsibilities
• Intake Process
• Title IX Grievance Process
• Retaliation
• Record Keeping

There are three different training dates, but Administrators should attend only one training.
